THE EXPERIENCE
The Cohort Experience
Every element of the Year of Esther has been intentionally designed to support your discipleship journey. Together, these rhythms create an environment where Scripture, prayer, community, and faithful obedience can take root over time.
Gather
Meet twice each month in live, facilitator-led virtual gatherings for Scripture, prayer, and authentic community. Cameras remain on whenever possible — discipleship is personal, not anonymous.
Shepherd
Receive three intentional one-on-one sessions with leadership throughout the cohort — space for prayer, encouragement, discernment, and personalized shepherding.
Prepare
Receive your Palace Box before the cohort begins — thoughtfully assembled with your printed workbook and formation resources that support the journey ahead.
Coronation
Conclude the journey gathered in person at the annual HTRW gathering for the Year of Esther Coronation — a celebration and commissioning.
